Darko Tomaš, MA, was born on 23^rd August 1980. He finished elementary and secondary schools in Prnjavor and as the best pupil of generation he was rewarded “Vuk’s diploma”. He graduated the Faculty of Economics at the University in Banja Luka and was rewarded with Special recognition of Faculty of Economics and Golden medallion of University in Banja Luka as the student of generation. During the studies he was performing the duty of student vice-dean. He finished postgraduate studies with major in Financial Management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka with average mark 10,00 with theses on “Characteristics and significance of sampling in reviewing of financial reports”.

• Member of Board for improving and education of accountant, auditors, financial personnel and the other similar professions at the association of accountants and auditors of Republic of Srpska from 22^ndApril 2008.
