COMPETENCE OF THE DEPARTMENT

• performs and provides executing of the laws the other regulations and common acts in the area of developing planning, tourism, restaurant management, handicrafts and trade, statistics, culture, sport  and physical culture, education, social care for children and the youth, health and social care within given competence
• applies the regulations of Municipal Assembly and the Head of Municipality,
• monitors the status in the areas that was established for, starts the initiatives for solving and suggests solving of the problems in those areas,
• prepares drafts i.e. suggestion of the decisions, other regulations, common and individual acts, analytic-informative and other materials for the area of its field for Municipal Assembly and the Head of Municipality,
• carries out the other affairs given by Municipal Assembly and the Head of Municipality,
• it is responsible for the status in those areas within limits of its rights and duties.

THE SERVICES IT OFFERS TO CITIZENS:

• issuing of permission for conducting of trade handicrafts, restaurant management activities, activities where business offices are not required and activities similar to handicrafts, auto-taxi transportation and public transportation,
• issuing of permissions for cessation of conducting of trade, handicrafts and restaurant management activities, activities where business office is not required, activities similar to handicrafts, trade activities within separated business office, handicrafts  activities within separated business office, auto-taxi transportation and public transportation,
• issuing of certificates on conducting of contractor activity for different purposes (regulation of children’s allowance, putting of the children into appropriate institutions, import and registration of vehicles etc.),
• deciding on request for immediate capital aid for physical persons from the category of refugees, displaced persons and returnees.
