COMPETENCE OF THE DEPARTMENT

• performs and provides executing of the laws and the regulations and common acts in the area of veterans-invalids, civilian protection and civilian victims of the war within regulated authority;
• applies the regulations of Municipal Assembly and the Head of Municipality;
• monitors status in the area which it was established for, starts initiatives for solving and suggests solving of the problems in those areas;
• prepares drafts i.e. suggestions of decisions, the other regulations, common and individual acts, analytic-information and other materials for the areas of its field for the  Municipal Assembly and the Head of Municipality;
• carries out managing, expert administrative and the other affairs within its feild;
• carries out the other affairs given by the  Municipal Assembly and the Head of Municipality;
• it is responsible for the status in those areas within limits of the rights and the duties.
